Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. It's the responsibility of the named person on the contact form to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you accept that you are entering into a contract, and you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Dates

Dates requested are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. Once paid 50% is nonrefundable. 60 days minus your event date all may me be nonrefundable.

Trials

All trials are to take place at my studio in Kingsport unless special travel arrangements are made and agreeable beforehand. Space allows for 1 extra person to attend. If there will be more attendees, it must be disclosed beforehand. Trials are not able to be done on weekends unless a date is available. Please request in advance but there is no guarantee.

Illness

@bombshellbeautybychetna is not responsible for any reactions to makeup. It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies. If you or your party are suffering from any type of contagious illness including, but not limited to conjunctivitis, eye styes, cold sores, open wounds or cuts on the face, staph infections, head lice, influenza (flu), covid, or other contagious illness, I need to be informed as a matter of urgency and reserve the right to refuse service to the infectious person as a precautionary measure to keep all in question safe.

Smoking

While a makeup or hair session is in place the client agrees to no smoking or vaping during the service.

Cell Phones

Please leave your cell phone in another’s hand while in the makeup chair since it causes delays and interruptions during the service.

Supplies | Equipment

There must be a minimum of 2 power supply outlets for a specialized event to include a workable space with limited traffic in the work zone to allow for hair appliances and lighting. Children or pets are not allowed in the area due to safety hazards with tripping the artists and hot tools causing possible burns. Personal cell phones must not be placed near the hair appliances. At least one table must be provided.

Early Morning

$50 per hour before 7am start times

Each service takes 1 hour for hair 1 hour for makeup

Brides add 45 minutes to include extra services

Assistant Fee

If you would like to reduce the time taken to complete all services, an assistant would be recommended for an additional fee of their travel costs and service charges.

Parking Fees

If there are any parking, entry, or valet fees, they will be due on the event day.

Wet Hair

$25 additional blowout fee will be assessed to anyone who arrives with wet hair

Service may be refused if client has not followed the hair preparation required, service fee will still be required.

Hair Extensions

Are you dreaming of a long and flowing bridal hair or an updo with lots of volume, or that big fancy braid. Then you should consider having hair extensions for your wedding. If you have fine, thin hair and struggling to grow your hair fast enough for your big day or you simply want to make sure I can create the hairstyle you want, I suggest renting hair extensions. You can also buy them but I only recommend @bombayhair, @luxyhair, @bellami, @glamseamless. If you are going to purchase off amazon or somewhere else then I cannot guarantee my work.

Please inform me prior to your trial so we can order in the correct color and advise you on pricing.

Delays

Any delays caused by the clients, event space, or other hindrances not in the artists control will be under the responsibility of the client and may incur extra charges in accordance to the amount of the delay.

Hourly

If asked to stay on board for the entirety of the event for touch ups, the charges per hour are $50

Photographs | Social Media

By hiring @bombshellbeautybychetna you and your party agree to have photos taken for posting on my social media platforms.

If you or anyone in your party are not in agreement, then discussion must be made beforehand. I reserve the right to refuse services since this is vital part of my business.

Liability

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Must allow for sanitization between clients. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

Cancellation

@bombshellbeautybychetna’s obligation to give services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the Artist as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond my control. In the occurrence of the above, all money will be refunded including the deposit. Every possible attempt will be made to find you an equivalent artist but may not be possible at the last moment. I have never cancelled or no showed a wedding and will make every possible attempt to provide my services unless the above mentioned circumstances.
